Major Lockheed Martin Programs Featured at the Air Force Association's National Symposium in Washington, D.C.

Major Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) programs will be featured in conjunction with the 2006 Air Force Association National Symposium in Washington, D.C. at the Marriott Wardman Hotel Sept. 25-27. Presentations will focus on the performance and success of seven major programs that are critical to the U.S. Air Force's recapitalization, combat readiness and sustainment. These programs include F-22, F-35, US101, AN/TPS-77, Sniper(R) and Paveway II.

Briefings will take place in the Eisenhower Room in the Center Tower unless otherwise noted.

    Autonomic Logistics Global Sustainment (ALGS) is key to the JSF program's
affordability and the system's lifetime effectiveness. Don Searles will
discuss the latest developments of ALGS and explain why it is the affordable
path to recapitalizing the U.S. Air Force fleet with 5TH Generation Fighter
aircraft.

The US101 helicopter team will brief reporters on the status of the U.S. Air Force Combat Search and Rescue Replacement (CSAR-X) competition. The US101, with its large, multi-functional cabin that is reconfigurable during flight, 360-degree weapons coverage, easy egress/ingress access, medical treatment area and integrated network-centric systems, is sure to best meet the Air Force's future rescue needs.

     10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.       AN/TPS-77: Unique Capabilities for the USAF
                                   Mission

Lockheed Martin's AN/TPS-77 radar for the U.S. Air Force's Pacific Alaska Range Complex has passed its Site Acceptance Test and been deployed to improve safety and surveillance at the nation's largest contiguous supersonic training area. Steve Bruce, vice present of MS2-Radar Systems Business Development, will share some insights about the AN/TPS-77 and why this advanced radar is uniquely capable of meeting the needs of the U.S. Air Force.
